COVID-19 UPDATE:
Message from Ray Lancaster

Dear Pyramid Member,

As we experience the impact of the COVID-19 virus on our community, we are concerned how it will affect our members and our employees. We all need to do our part to help stop the virus from impacting others in our community.  As a result, until further notice, we are making the following change:

Effective Thursday March 19, 2020, we will be closing our branch lobbies to walk-in traffic.

We will take appointments for the following transactions within our branches:

  • New and used auto loan closing
  • Wire transfers
  • Safe deposit box access
  • Instant issue of debit cards
  • Fraud or other sensitive account issues
  • Other member issues as they arise

Appointments will be limited to 10 minutes. 

This year, we have implemented many technology improvements that allow us to serve you better.  These include:

  • All ATMs now take deposits of both cash and checks
  • At the Broadway and Rita Ranch branches you can talk to a teller at the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) and have them perform any transaction that you would normally do inside a branch
  • Traditional drive-thru services are available at Speedway and Grant 
  • We have upgraded our online and mobile banking apps to provide faster and better service – with our app, you can make transfers, deposit checks, and much more
  • We have enhanced our Contact Center to help you apply for a loan and perform transactions without the need to come into our branch.

One of the most important things we can do in this difficult time is to choose to take care of one another. We understand that our members may find themselves facing financial difficulties and uncertainty. We are here to help. I encourage any member who has been impacted to reach out to us to discuss how we can be of assistance. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and other procedures at each of our branches and to date, we are not aware of any employee or member who has contracted the virus. Please also be aware of the various coronavirus scams to protect yourself against potential fraud.
