2024 Annual Meeting Agenda | 2023 Annual Report

Pyramid Federal Credit Union is pleased to present the following candidates to fill four open board positions.

Larry Youdelman (Incumbent)
I have been a Pyramid FCU Board Member since 2009 and a credit union member since 2007. I also served on the Supervisory Committee and am an experienced CPA with more than 30 years of experience.

Brandon Dailey
I am a father of two, and deeply involved in the Tucson community. I run multiple social media pages with thousands of Tucsonans actively participating within those groups. I also volunteer with a local church with an organization called Luke 5 Adventures, where I assist those with physical limitations in hiking local areas which would otherwise be inaccessible. I love to spend my time by giving my time. Very goal oriented and looking for the next challenges I can put to the test.

Yasmin Badri
I have over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, community development, and organizational management. My career has been driven by a commitment to fostering financial empowerment and creating opportunities for underserved communities, values that align closely with the mission of Pyramid Federal Credit Union. In my role as Founder and Chief Executive Director of Micro Care Community Development Solutions, I have successfully overseen initiatives that provided credit-building support and small-dollar lending to over 100 businesses, resulting in measurable growth and impact.

Steve Lomvardias
I practiced law in Chicago for 22 years. Over my career I focused largely on business transactions and financial litigation. I also represented small community banks, working hand in hand with their leadership to solve problems and ensure regulatory compliance. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. I pride myself in my reading and communication skills and believe I can be a great addition to the Board. As a current member of the Supervisory Committee, I have had the opportunity to study the credit union’s inner workings, and I believe I have a unique perspective to add to the stability and strength of the credit union moving forward.
